Welcome to Liliana Viajes. By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using our services. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Liliana Viajes specializes in organizing cultural tours in Peru. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Tour planning and organization

• Local guiding services

• Transportation within Peru

• Accommodation recommendations

• Assistance with permits and entry fees where applicable

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices for each trip vary based on itinerary, duration, and services included. For detailed pricing, please contact us.

• A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the trip start date.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• Cancellations made less than 28 days before the trip start date are non-refundable.

• If a trip is cancelled by Liliana Viajes due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund.

5. Inclusions and Exclusions Included in the package:

• Breakfast on all days of the trip

• Transport within Peru to designated areas

• Entrance fees to national parks and other necessary permits

• Guidance and assistance from experienced tour leaders

Not included in the package:

• International flights to and from Peru

• Travel insurance (recommended providers available upon request)

• Lunch, dinner, and drinks

• Personal expenses such as medication, souvenirs, and additional excursions

• Tips for guides, drivers, and staff (gratuities are optional but appreciated)

6. Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal liability, and trip cancellations. Liliana Viajes is not responsible for any losses due to lack of insurance.

7. Health and Fitness Requirements

• Clients must inform us of any medical conditions that may impact their ability to participate in the trip.

• Some tours involve moderate to strenuous physical activity. It is the client’s responsibility to assess their fitness level before booking.

8. Changes to Itinerary

• Liliana Viajes reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or safety concerns.

• Clients will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.

9. Conduct and Behaviour

• Clients are expected to respect local customs, fellow travelers, and staff members.

• Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• Liliana Viajes is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the trip.

• Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for securing appropriate travel insurance.

11. Force Majeure

Liliana Viajes is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or airline strikes.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

• Liliana Viajes values your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for trip arrangements and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, legal proceedings in the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip with Liliana Viajes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
